Dandelions picked and petals removed from the greens.
After simmering for an hour, I left the petals overnight. Then strained into cheesecloth and squeezed.
added sugar and a touch of honey then slowly boiled down the liquid to half the original amount.
Ladled into Jars…
Into a hot water bath for half an hour(cause I always do it a little longer)
Ten Jars of liquid gold…
Liquid Dandelion goodness to put by for the winter dull drums!
I didn’t use a specific recipe. It got rave reviews from Miss Milena and the Dada guy.
